AI MVP Development Company India — Build SaaS in 2–3 Weeks

Build · AI-accelerated · India-based · Global delivery

Web apps. SaaS. Mobile.
Built 3–4× faster using AI tools.

We build your product — web app, SaaS platform, mobile app — from 0 to working software using Claude Code, Cursor, and agentic workflows. Not because we've added AI to the product. Because we use AI in our own build process. Same senior engineers. Same quality bar. First working build in 2–3 weeks instead of 3 months.

This page is about how we build — not what we build. Whether you need a web app, a SaaS platform, a mobile app, or a product with AI features built in — we build it using AI coding tools to move 3–4× faster than a traditional agency. Architecture decisions, final QA, and product strategy are always human. That's non-negotiable — and it's why our AI-assisted products hold up under production load. Our full engineering philosophy →

From conversation to working code. Fast.

We move quickly because we front-load clarity. The first few days are the most important. Ambiguity is the real delivery risk — not the code.

Day 1–2
Discovery & scoping
We map what you're trying to achieve, what the minimum viable version looks like, and what we're explicitly not building yet. We push back here if the scope is too large. We'd rather ship something tight than start something that sprawls.
Day 3–5
Architecture & stack decisions
A human makes these. We choose the stack that fits your constraints — budget, team capability, hosting, long-term maintainability. AI helps us evaluate tradeoffs faster, but doesn't make the call.
Week 1–2
Build — AI-accelerated scaffolding & iteration
This is where AI coding agents do heavy lifting: boilerplate, component generation, test scaffolding, rapid UI iteration. What used to take 1–2 weeks of setup now takes 2–3 days. Engineers review every output — nothing ships unread.
Week 2–3
Integration, QA & first deployment
Senior engineers do final review, bug triage, and deployment. AI-generated test suites are run, extended, and reviewed. We don't hand you something that "works on my machine" — we hand you something running in production.
Month 1–3
Post-launch support & iteration
We stay in. Monitoring, first-round user feedback, and the next set of improvements. We don't hand off to "a maintenance team." You work with the people who built it.

What AI actually changed. Honest numbers.

These are internal observations from our AI-native projects. We're not claiming universal results — your product's complexity matters. What we can say is what changed for us.

Aspect Traditional approach With AI coding agents
Project scaffolding 1–2 weeks 2–3 days
UI iteration speed Days per cycle Same-day turnaround
Test coverage setup Manual, often skipped early AI-generated, human-reviewed from day one
Bug discovery timing Late in cycle Earlier — fewer surprises at QA
Total delivery (MVP) 6–12 weeks typical 2–3 weeks for scoped builds
Architecture decisions Human — always Human — always
Final QA & sign-off Human — always Human — always
Product strategy Human — always Human — always

We're honest about the limits.

Anyone selling "fully AI-built products" is selling you risk. Here's our honest breakdown of where AI coding agents genuinely accelerate delivery, and where human engineers are non-negotiable.

✓ AI helps
Boilerplate & scaffolding
Setting up project structure, generating components, wiring up standard patterns — AI is fast and reliable here.
✓ AI helps
Rapid UI iteration
Generating UI variants, tweaking layouts, implementing design systems — cycles that took days now take hours.
✓ AI helps
Test generation
Scaffolding test suites based on component logic. Humans extend and validate — but the base coverage appears much faster.
✓ AI helps
Documentation
Inline docs, API references, README generation — AI drafts it, engineers review and correct it.
⚠ Human required
Architecture decisions
What stack. What data model. What tradeoffs. AI can research — it cannot decide. We do not delegate this.
⚠ Human required
Security & compliance
HIPAA compliance, auth models, data handling — AI output gets full human review. No exceptions.
⚠ Human required
Product strategy
What to build, for whom, and what not to build first — this is the most important work. It's entirely human.
⚠ Human required
Final QA & production sign-off
Everything that ships gets reviewed by a senior engineer. We don't deploy anything unread.

What we actually use.

We use AI coding agents as productivity multipliers, not autopilots. Every tool in our stack was chosen for a specific reason — and we're explicit about which parts are automated versus hand-crafted.

Not every project benefits equally. Here's how to tell.

AI coding agents compress time on repeatable, pattern-heavy work. The more novel your domain logic, the more human judgment remains essential. We'll tell you the realistic split before we start.

AI accelerates most
Standard CRUD apps, dashboards, content platforms, e-commerce, internal tools, marketplaces — anywhere significant delivery time is setup, not logic. Typically 60–70% time savings on scaffolding and iteration.
AI helps, humans carry more
Novel ML pipelines, complex regulatory environments (HIPAA, fintech), high-concurrency real-time systems — AI assists but engineers make every meaningful decision. Still faster than traditional, but don't expect 3 weeks.
We'll say so upfront
If your project is almost entirely novel domain logic where AI adds marginal value, we'll tell you that in discovery — and price accordingly. No false AI premium.

Things people ask us.

Real answers about timelines, what AI-built actually means, and how we work with clients.

Is AI-built code actually maintainable?
Yes — if it's reviewed. The risk isn't AI code, it's unreviewed AI code. Every line that ships gets read by a senior engineer. We've seen what happens when that step is skipped, and it's not pretty.
What does "MVP in 2–3 weeks" actually mean?
It means a working product in production that real users can interact with. Not a demo, not a prototype, not a slide deck. It does mean scoped — if you want everything in the first build, it won't take 2–3 weeks, and we'll tell you that upfront.
What types of products do you build?
Web apps, mobile apps, AI-integrated platforms, internal tools, SaaS MVPs. We've built for healthcare, logistics, retail, edtech, and energy. If you're not sure whether your product fits, just tell us what you're trying to do.
Why India-based?
Lower overhead, senior engineers who've been building together for years, and time-zone flexibility that works for US and Australia. Our clients in those countries have stayed with us because of quality and communication — not just cost.
What happens after launch?
We stay in for the first three months. We handle monitoring, first-round user feedback, and iteration. Then we hand over documentation, codebase access, and a product that your own team (or ours, on retainer) can maintain.

If you have a problem worth solving, we should talk.
